As Senior Project Executive, Mr. Malone is responsible for the administrative and technical management of construction projects. He is the point person for each assignment and steers the project forward. Keith supervises all activities related to contract administration. In addition, he develops and maintains positive working relationships with clientele, owner representatives, and consultants on projects. He is very involved with business development, client relationships, client retention, and referrals.

He brings over 30 years of experience in a wide range of design and construction projects including educational, office, transportation, and aviation. Keith brings to each project an unparalleled record of accountability-based leadership, as he can coordinate and direct multiple project-based efforts while motivating and leading project teams.
